Muodostamme tiimin position sekä toimialaosaamisen perustella
Taustani on vaativissa liiketoiminnan johtotehtävissä sekä toimitusjohtajana. Minulla on kansainvälistä kokemusta niin pääomasijoittaja- , pörssi- kuin asiantuntijayrityksistä. Olen toiminut johtoryhmien sekä yksilöiden sparraajana, hallitusammattilaisena ja myös advisory board -jäsenenä. Yrityksen kasvustrategia sen vaativine toimenpiteineen, kuten myynti, toimeenpano ja seuranta, on vahvuuksiani.
Olen saanut johtamisoppini kansainvälisesti tunnetuilta toimijoilta, kuten Nokia, Intel ja TietoEvry, joten tunnistan ja tiedän miten asioita voi viedä hyvin eri tavoilla eteenpäin. Lisäksi työni on vienyt minut asumaan neljään eri maahan, joten erilaiset kulttuuriset haasteet ja niiden ratkominen on tuttua.
Parhaimmillani olen ympäristöissä, joissa digitalisaatio ja ICT:n hyödyntäminen on liiketoiminnan ytimessä.
Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
