Muodostamme tiimin position sekä toimialaosaamisen perustella
Omaan vahvan taustan b2b myynnistä ja sen johtamisesta sekä kotimaisessa että kansainvälisessä toimintaympäristössä. Olen työskennellyt useilla toimialoilla kuten matkailu-, lentoliikenne-, liikunta-, ja turvallisuusalalla. Osa ammattilista identiteettiäni on valmennus ja konsultointi, jota olen saanut toteuttaa lähes viisi vuotta suomalaisten kansainvälisten yritysten tukena.
Strategian terävöittämisen ja jalkauttamisen sekä erityisesti avain- ja esihenkilöiden kyvykkyyksien parantamisen kautta, olen myös itse oppinut paljon yritysten liiketoiminnan kehittämisestä ja muotoilemisesta haluttuun suuntaan. Sydäntäni lämmittää erityisesti maailman luokan asiakaskokemus.
Uskon ihmisten väliseen vuorovaikutukseen ja yhteistyöhön sekä verkostojen voimaan. Yhdessä olemme enemmän!
Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
