Muodostamme tiimin position sekä toimialaosaamisen perustella
Minulla on yli 10 vuoden kokemus HR –johtajan tehtävistä Kesko Oyj:llä. Vastuullani on ollut mm. kauppatoimintojen HR, Kesko yleisten toimintojen HR, Palkitseminen sekä Talent Acquisition ja Henkilöstön kehittäminen. Lisäksi toimin K-instituutin toimitusjohtajana. HR –tehtävien lisäksi olen toiminut mm ketju-, osto-, kehitys- ja HR-johtajana urallani. Lisäksi työurallani on ollut kauppapaikka, SCM, IT, Business Controller, Markkinointi ja Myynnin tehtäviä.
Kaikissa rooleissa olen kokenut että onnistuminen edellyttää hyvän strategian lisäksi systemaattista toimeenpanoa ja johtamista. Mutta kaikkein tärkeimpiä ovat ihmiset, ja hyvä yhteistyö sekä ilmapiiri tiimien sisällä ja välillä.
Who are we
For us, our motto “Value through people” means the importance of people in creating value for our business. This is a core value in our work, as we know that the foundation of our success lies in each member of our team.
We are business professionals from different management positions and industries with long experience in finding the right employee for each position. From this, we formed our common “SAM” community, where at least two of the most suitable consultants participate in each application process.
